Delivery Policy:
This site displays internet advertising only. When you choose to display your business or product for sale, or your help wanted, positions available listing, you agree that this material will only be shown on the internet, including the web site www.FinanceBrokerServices.com.au.

Your advert will be made available, to the general public, on the internet within 48 hours. It will remain visible until cancelled. An advert can simply be cancelled by logging into the My Account area, and cancelling that advert. Once an advert has been cancelled, it will be removed from the site and will no longer attract any fees.

Refund Policy:
Finance Broker Services Pty Ltd has a limited refund policy. This allows for a full refund should technical difficulties or any other unforeseen event result in a paid advert not being shown on the site for a period of more than 2 consecutive days, Monday to Friday. Simply use the contact form to request a refund - all refunds will be completed within 7 days and will only be refunded back to the credit card used to initiate the original purchase. A full refund will also result in the advertisement being removed permanenttly from the web site and as a result will not be available to be viewed by the general public.

Refunds are not offered in the following situations:

As an advertiser, you have canceled your advert for any reason. All advertising is pre-purchased 30 days in advance. Cancelling an advert at any time within a prepaid period will not result in any full, partial or pro-rata refunds. It will mean that the advert will not be charged the following 30 days and that the advert will be removed within 48 hours from the web site.
As an advertiser, you have forgotten your advert was running. All advertising is shown and invoiced every 30 days, unless cancelled. If you have not realised your advert is still running, simply log in to your My Account area to cancel your advert. You will not be charged again and your advert will be removed from the web site.

Transmission of Payment Details:
All private data including payment details and credit card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet bank provider.
